These shears are made by Richards of Sheffield & are of the “Radiant Golden Age, Rustless” design.
Super shiny , golden & gorgeous & incredibly attractive, these really are a delightful example of dressmakers tools.
The scissors are engraved “ Richards of Sheffield, Radiant Golden Age Rustless” on both sides of the pivot handle.
The blades are sharp and the shears are in perfect working order. They are in fabulous vintage condition, with the expected signs of use in the form of some scratches & tarnishing to the surface. However, this is minimal and the scissors a are real delight.
They are 18cm in length approximately
