*SOLD* Here we have a superb Vintage Handicraft Book.
Titled “Needlework For Seniors” the book’s pages are beautifully illustrated with diagrams & drawings covering a multitude of sewing tips, instructions , guides & skill sets.
Intended for a more Senior crafter, the book covers needlework from “knickers with bands”, “arranging pleats ”, “Laundry bag making” to a “two piece shirt” & beyond.
The book was sent as a gift for a lady in 1943, & the beautiful greeting message can be seen just inside the front cover.
Given its age , the book is in remarkable vintage condition. There is a little fading of the spine, a small stain on the bottom of the pages & in some areas the pages have been slightly pulled back from the glue whilst being used. However, the pages are firmly in place, they are bright & clean, with no tears, rips or marks.
A truly wonderful crafting book for you to use & produce wonderful garments, a great addition to a collection of vintage books or it could be re-gifted to another lover of needlework.
