*SOLD* The elegance of this piece of Vintage Tableware is clear to see.
Produced by Keeling & Co (1886 – 1936,), this wonderful piece of vintage tableware is of the “Essex” design.
The design of the Essex pattern is of a stylish green & white leaf print on a creamy white background.
Adding to the elegance of the simple design is a pretty curved edge which has delightful gold gilding.
The gold gilding continues to add beauty to the bottom of the gravy dish & in little bands down the back of the handle.
The gravy boat is in very good vintage condition. There is a small chip on the underside of the spout, which isn’t obvious but worth the mention ( last photo)
Other than that, the pattern, the base colour and the gilt edging has no fading & is as bright & beautiful as you could wish for.
The gravy boat measures approximately 23 cm from the end of the handle to the tip of the spout.
A great item to add to a Keeling & Co vintage tableware collection.
