Vintage French Copper Saucepan

16/12/2020 By Emma Jervis

*SOLD* Add quality, warmth & charm to your stylish kitchen with this delightful vintage saucepan.

The pan was made in France, is tin lined , with the pan and the lid having cast iron handles. Both the handles have copper rivets to firmly secure them in place & the lid itself fits snugly on top.

This wonderful piece of vintage kitchenware has been well loved & used over the years & therefore there is some evidence of its usage.

The inside of the pan and the lid have worn areas with marking, tarnishing & rubbing. The long handle also has tarnish marks. I have not attempted to remove these marks as I feel it all adds to the beauty of the item. The outside copper work is in very good vintage condition and has the most beautiful glow & warmth to it.

Despite its good usage over the years, this pan is fine is quality, robust & adorable. Sure to look the part in your kitchen adding an edge of sophistication.
