*SOLD* Step out in glamour & elegance with this stunning vintage evening bag by your side.
This rectangle shaped box handbag has a small handle attached to two metal hinges & an attractive metal clasp for opening & closing. The outside design has a lace type effect in subtle , but sparkly, grey, silver & pinks.
The bag has a sateen lining interior which has 4 small compartments which would have been used to hold a compact mirror, compact powder, lipstick etc. The lining is beige in colour & has a stylish gold trim.
The evening bag is in very good vintage condition. The interior is intact with no rips or tears but there are a few small marks on it. The clasp works perfectly well & has a very satisfying “ click” to it. Unfortunately some of the stitching has come away from the underside of the handle on one side, near to the hinge. ( shown in photo ) I have not attempted to repair this , but if desired I think it would be easily stuck back in place.
