Produced by Empire Porcelain of England, this tray is stunningly decorated in a pretty floral design. The colours are in attractive pastel blues, greens, pinks & lilacs.
The tray is beautifully completed with gold gilt edging to the sides and the handles are finished in the gold design as well.
Oval in shape with a fluted design to a couple of the sides.
In fabulous vintage condition. The gilt edging is near perfect and there are just a few little scratches to the surface of the dish.
Dimensions – handle to handle 26 cm (approximately)
The tray is perfect for its original use or it would make a lovely catch all tray for your rings and jewels, a stylish soap dish or a perfect base to stand your perfume bottles on top.
The base is marked with the makers stamp and has the numbers ‘6 54’ also marked onto it, which indicates the tray was produced in June 1954.
