Beautifully created in cut lead clear crystal glass , the casket box is both robust & elegant.
The sides have a stylish quilted pattern, with the lid & base designed with deep cut stars adding a sense of regality to the whole piece.
The jewellery box has a brass trim around its middle which continues into the sturdy hinge which holds up the heavy lid perfectly.
Just imagine this on a dressing table, or window sill, catching the light , adding glamour, charm & sophistication.

The base of the jewellery box has small green felt stoppers on the corners which I assume would be to help prevent the box from slipping, but sadly one is missing. Other than this miniscule issue it is in the most incredible vintage condition with no chips or scratches.
