*SOLD* A delightfully retro cheese & pickle serving board waiting to make an appearance at your supper time.
The board is likely made from stylish Teak wood and is in fabulous condition. Handy gold metal ‘hooks” help secure the tile, knife & butter dish in place, with the tray itself having gold metal handles on each side.
The ceramic tile has an attractive pear & leaf design & has a cork backing. The little butter dish has a stylish pressed glass base and the cheese knife still has an adequate sharpness at its point.
The complete set is in good vintage condition but is showing a few signs of ageing – some fading & slight scratch marks to some areas of the wooden tray & knife, a few little nibbles to the edges of the ceramic tile & some discolouration to the stainless steel knife where it meets the handle. ( hopefully shown in photos or I can send more if needed )
This being said the tray is still completely fit for purpose and would be a fabulous addition to your vintage homeware.
