The inside of the box has a removable storage tray that has 2 compartments for your bits & bobs, with space underneath the tray to keep more of your delights.
This stunning box was made by the prestigious Coventry Weavers J&J Cash Ltd & has a most delicate & elegant woven silk oval shaped panel piece within its lid.
The woven silk picture is of the much loved British Robin stood amongst holly & berries.
A perfect keep safe box for jewels, rings, beads , pins or buttons.
The box is in excellent Vintage condition with a few minor areas of usage. The beautiful silk inlay is remarkably clean & bright.
The base of the box has the Makers Sticker which reads,
“ These boxes have been specially made to our designs by craftsmen from the Tatar mountains in Poland”.
