An incredible pair of Antique Brass Candlesticks, oozing in charm & warmth.
This magnificent pair have delightful a repeating scroll & vines pattern throughout, covering the stand base, upper square drip platform and the candle cup.
The square stepped base & fixed candle cup are typical of late 19th century design. ( estimated 1880-1910 )
The pieces are of a cast brass rather than engraved detailing , which again nods towards late 19th century production.
They are heavy in weight and would certainly make an impact within your stylish home.
In good antique condition but , given their incredible age, do have many areas of patina. They have been left as found but would polish up a treat if desired.
