Here we have a fabulously pretty vintage glass sugar dish with a plate metal lid and serving spoon.
The dish has a wonderful octagonal shape with very pretty pressed glass sides & base. The spoon is made of silver plate and has the familiar sugar spoon shape , the lid is plate metal with a cream bakelite handle.
Although this dish would most likely have been used to store and serve sugar , it would also be fabulous to use for tasty jams and marmalades and a real delight on your breakfast or dinner table.
